How we work
Every move starts with questions. Our customer care team asks about the bedrooms and living areas, the access at both homes and anything heavy or bulky, then puts a quote together and sends it in writing. Under Moveall’s terms, a fixed-price quote relies on the inventory list from the quote, so you can see what the price covers. On the day, furniture is handled to what Moveall calls strict handling and packaging procedures: wrapped and blanketed before it moves, with floors and doorways protected while the crew carries.
You can book with us directly or book online with Moveall, which takes under two minutes. Moveall takes major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. For local moves a deposit confirms the date and the balance is paid a day or two after the move; for interstate moves, full payment is made on the day of the move.
Insurance
Moveall holds $20 million public liability cover. Ask us about transit insurance for your belongings: under Moveall’s terms your goods are not insured in transit unless cover is arranged, and Moveall can put you in touch with its preferred insurer.
